      This privately owned large dealer group in Central Indiana provides their employees the tools to be successful and genuinely cares that their employees meet not only professional goals, but personal ones as well.

      There are none, they are simply the best.

      The owners are great people who care about their employees.

      Cons

      It's retail, so the struggle to maintain life/work balance is something to work on. This has improved since the pandemic with stores closing at 6pm, rather than 9pm.
