After 7 and a half years with the company, I can say it’s been a valuable and growth-filled experience. A solid quality system is in place that truly helps streamline tasks and maintain consistency across operations. It’s a great environment for anyone who values structure and continuous improvement.

Cons

At times, it can feel like there are too many fires to deal with — but that’s the nature of the business, and it definitely teaches you how to stay adaptable and solution-focused.

Both the Edmonton and Calgary locations of Edon boast Project Managers and Leadership who are deeply focused on delivering an exceptional Customer Experience. The team mentality is genuine and fosters a collaborative, supportive, and enjoyable working environment. The department is led by an outstanding individual who treats her team with respect and trust. I would strongly recommend Edon’s Project Management Office to any client seeking reliable project management services or to any individual looking for meaningful and rewarding employment.
