none at all. Apparently I wasn't even worth an email back.
Cons
A person travels all the way to Nairobi only for your HR to "ghost" is very unprofessional behavior in a time where even an online session would have sufficed. I don't believe in a dismissive nose-up HR department. Employment is a mutual exchange of skill & compensation and is not a favor.
