Pros

Pleasant workplace with cheerful colleagues. Many talented people who genuinely care about the company. WFH benefits. Happy hour gatherings. The boss often reminds us about maintaining work-life balance so that we stay recharged. The company also conducts regular catch-up sessions to get feedback on fellow colleagues and work matters. Expectations are high, but which workplace would request the least from you? If you can understand the company's end goal and learn to navigate your way around, you will do well here.

Cons

Heavy workload, so having good time management is a must.

I'm glad I joined the company. It's a creative environment here compared to my previous employment. Colleagues are friendly & talented. The boss checks up on me once in a while and it doesn't feel uncomfortable. Line manager is super nice.

Cons

Sometimes work gets really hard and demanding. But manageable. I will tell later if any other.
