Technology is one of a kind and extremely multidisciplinary. Oppritunities to learn in fields you've not had experience in. Open, collaborative, supportive, smart, fun, co-workers (excluding any with "head", "director" in title)
Cons
10 year "start up" and only other review from management should be warning enough but if not clear. Extremely toxic management: Micromanaging and poor communication, questionable ethics (scientifically, professionally, financially, morally). Sometimes described as 3 companies in one. Screaming matches between management not uncommon. Very poor compensation compared to Munich average (including other startups) but not for directors/heads. Little to no trainings or ability to move out of title. Not family friendly. Everything-at-once mentality meaning overwork, unnecessary stressful urgency, and sloppy work. No clear cost positive businesses plan or future.
