      Pros

      Talented team, with lots of potential growth on the horizon. Good team chemistry and work environment. Management continues to implement strategies and processes that improve multiple components of the company.

      Cons

      Quarters are getting tight. A conference room with some privacy would be a very beneficial addition.

      Pros

      The company is investing in itself and wants to break through into more of the commercial market, that is great! They are doing all of their homework with training to make that happen with exposure and marketing efforts to support them in the future. The team is great and open to forward thinking and changing along the way.

      Cons

      The smaller size of the firm makes it harder to invest in software and office surroundings to improve the quality of workplace for the employees. Open office is fine, but a private meeting room that's not a person's workspace is needed.
