Pros

Friendly staff, very helpful with each other, good working culture. MD right through to team members are always approachable, I've dealt with most/all departments and found positive engagement. Very good annual leave allowance and work life balance.

Cons

More communication internally to warehouse regarding notice of promotions and offers to help plan for increased workload.
