      Pros

      The team is made of some of the best and brightest around. People genuinely care about the work they do and the impact it has. The executives and leadership are working more closely together and the company has really come a long way.

      Sometimes it's hard to have a good work-life balance here

      Still working to solidify some formal processes; however, this is mostly expected when working on a small and relatively new team.

      Culture is heading in the right direction. Leadership has learned and continues to learn from previous mistakes. Input is valued. Great group to work with across all departments.

      Cons

      If you're not able to deliver and meet and exceed expectations, Maybe not the right place for you. For some, that pressure may be considered a "con" but for me, its motivation.
