Great place to work in life sciences if you live on the island and don't want to take the ferry to Seattle everyday

Most of the people who work there live on Bainbridge and are very helpful and friendly. There's the occasional prick but those are everywhere.
Cons
Compensation is below what you'll get in Seattle. They take advantage of the fact that some people want to live and work on the island.
