Great health and fitness knowledge and social media learnings

Cons

Management changes their mind as and when they like. A lot of things are said verbally but are not kept because they change the process or mind about it later. Very unstable environment to work in, job security is not always guaranteed even after being a lead performer for months on end.

Horrible leadership & management Terrible policies Politics Cutting incentives and pay for ridiculous reasons Unfair practices Scamming people in the name of personalised 1-1 coaching. (Every coach works with 100+ clients at once, but clients are unaware of this)
