      Hybrid or remote flexibility Lots of networking and learning opportunities available Decent co-working space with all tech provided Staff transport(if you are applicable)

      Cons

      No transparency from upper management. You have to earn the work from flexibility (not from the get go). Salary is very low for current market, and they take big cut. If your work hours don't fall in when staff transport can get you, you need find something else.
