Pros
At Sigmar, you're given every chance to succeed. Lots of training, management really care about helping you to do well. It doesn't work out for some people but this job isn't suited to everyone.
Cons
No major cons. Some people might think the base salary is low starting off but you've every chance to make lots of commission with a structure that's the best in the business and if you're doing well your salary can get bumped up quite quickly !
