Pros
brilliant employee's: willing to help you at the drop of the hat & once you get to know them, the day's will fly by no matter which department you work in. PPE: most of the PPE is provided by the company free of charge. food van's: some day's special van's come and you get free pizza & i'm pretty sure there's a butty van you can also get lunches from onsite every break time. good parking: you can park onsite or there's literally two car parks out the gate
Cons
poor pay: when I first started I was promised a 50p pay rise every machine I learnt never received one everyone dodged it like the plague when I finally asked the accountant even the accountant was confused meaning i was lied to and was stuck on £10.50hr. :( poor management of projects: I honestly don't know where to start with this one, they talk about saving money/materials, yet there's literally no communications between departments so thing's get missed off, duplicate orders or even pushing through orders that haven't been finalized. just because of the lack of communication it made every department's job's harder and mainly wasting company finances from wasted materials and time lost. also management knows better than you and will not listen to reason till they get their way.
