This place will make you so deeply unhappy, I beg you to please run the other way. Management is toxic and misogynistic, they ignore harassment complaints and they treat you like absolute trash. Save your effort, time, energy, mental health and wellbeing. As a graduate, I was made redundant after my graduate year, despite them saying it was a permanent full-time ongoing position. Everything about this company is smoke and mirrors. There's a trend at this place where no one lasts more than 2 years - the only people who stay longer are those creating or encouraging the problems. The HR team in particular are petty, useless, unprofessional and horrible. Terrible toxic culture, fake 'diversity', micromanagers, average compensation. Please avoid avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!
