This place is not a company — it’s a circus run by clowns and managed by incompetence. If you care even a little about your career, mental health, or dignity, stay far away. They claim to be professional, but the reality is a pathetic joke. There’s zero work ethic, no structure, and absolutely no respect for employees, especially those in sales. They treat sales staff like disposable slaves. You’ll be overworked, underpaid, and disrespected at every level. HR? Useless. They act like puppets and have no regard for your well-being. Once you resign or get fired (which can happen anytime without reason), they’ll ghost you completely. No paperwork, no proper exit, no support — just humiliation. This company is a family-run scam, not a business. They hire their own relatives to top positions to save taxes and run shady operations while hardworking employees suffer under pressure, abuse, and random rules that change every week. People get fired for the most absurd reasons — “cost cutting,” “non-performance,” or just because they don’t fit into the toxic, bootlicking culture. The so-called “leaders” are uneducated, loud, arrogant, and lack basic communication. They dress like they’re headed to a theme party, laugh around like maniacs, and have no clue how to behave in a professional setting. The entire environment feels like a college canteen, not an office. It’s degrading. All the awards they show off are either rigged or completely fake. Nothing is real. It’s all for social media hype. Internally, it’s just pressure, politics, and bullying. Women are treated with blatant disrespect — no safety, no sensitivity, just constant judgment and male ego. They “hire” 40 people at a time and fire just as fast. There’s no onboarding, no training, no stability, and worst of all — after working here, your resume becomes a liability. No one respects this brand in the market. They’ve ruined countless careers, including mine. Avoid this company like a plague. It’s not just a bad job — it’s a soul-crushing, dignity-killing, career-destroying trap. I deeply regret ever trusting them. No one deserves to go through what I and so many others have suffered here.
