for last 6 years i do not have any problem with the management, they paid salaries and incentives in time.
Cons
But for last 6 months since jan 2013, the situation has come from bad to worse; and to stage where the employs have left company for not paying salaries/incentives in time. Growth in this company would be out of question, just forget about it. They have discovered a incentive structure such that no body can understand and in turn by doing so they are losing money, that they are unaware of.
