I really enjoyed working
1. Good place to work, you get ample of things to learn
2. Can work freely, no technical hierarchy is the most good thing, you can reach out to anyone for help.
3. Work from home availability sometimes if required
4. Semi annual appraisals, Leaves approval without hesitation.
5. Transparency, great people to work with - managers,higher management

Monthly all-hands meetings conducted by CEO. Simple salary structure, minimal deductions. Paid maternity and paternity leaves.
