Pros
I have worked for Anthem Education Group for almost a year now and go to work feeling that I am part of a big extended family. In October, my kids and I lost our house to a fire and thinking to myself "I am homeless there goes my job, everything". The day after the fire I received a phone call from the Human Resource Manager for Anthem and what she was telling me was beyond my comprehension. She stated that Anthem Education Group (not just the locations in Phoenix, AZ but all over the country) had raised money and donations to help our family get a new place and put clothes on our back. I believe that I am very lucky to work for a company that feels like your a part of a big successful happy family.
Anthem Education has an excellent benefits package that is offered to their employees from matching contributions to 401K's, health insurance, vision, and dental. Including paid time off and sick time off. This company is looking out for the well-bing of their employees. It is a great company!!!
Cons
If there are not downsides to companies then companies would never grow to be successful. Change takes a minute, working the kinks out of newly implemented policies and procedures. Training for certain procedures could use some work.
