*Personal incident* I went on a company trip to Gainesville and hit my sales goal to get myself back on base pay. I came back from the trip ask him to check my markers. He says I hit them all... But needed me to do it again. ( I had already done so for that 2 weeks trip ) So I lost out on $900 which would've paid my rent and kept me from getting evicted. The people he has employed long term are snakes, and often talk behind your back. They can't communicate directly, nor are they honest about their pay system in their applications or interviews.
