Pros

Nurses on call 24/7 to help if there is a questionable situation or emergency. They are organized with their clients and employees. normal pay for the industry. If your shift relief does not show up, the office staff are willing to step in and take over the missing shift employee. They know their clients well and will fit you with the appropriate clients.

Cons

Too many other employees not showing up for their shifts or are late. This will cause you to stay late bacause in many cases, the client is not ambulatory and needs around the clock care.

Pros

There are none. This company is extremely unprofessional.

Cons

This company extended me an offer on a Friday. I signed the offer with a 45 day notice to my current employer. One week after, they asked if I could start sooner, I told them no, I was not comfortable not giving my current employer ample notice. 3 days after that, I received an email stating they needed me to start the following Monday. I expressed that I could not, in good faith, do that do my current employer. They emailed back almost immediately saying they were rescinding my offer because another applicant could start asap. I told them I could talk to my employer on Monday and they said that they would send a formal letter for rescinding the offer.
