Pros

Some Passionate engineers who actually built the product ( but never reaped benefits)

This review is mostly for last 18 months of Avni with Rohini as CEO: 1. In his (CEO's) 1:1 meetings, he hints of future incentives and then slowly encourages one senior engineer to complain about other in a subtle way and finds out not-so-strong points of every one to use this as a leverage in future. As a side effect, distrust slowly creeps in the team and culture becomes toxic - This is exactly how he manages his team, a proper divide and rule style . 2..He promotes folks who are merely submissive to him and enable his agenda. in IT industry ,folks who are senior principle engineers or distinguished engineers are strong experts and typically have visibility outside their company and influence in they Industry they are in, help shape future industry trends. Not his people who were merely promoted by him. They don't have visibility/influence outside their immediate small team. 3..You will never find a CEO of a start up staying in 4 Seasons hotels or similar while his team members just received a notice of No Pay or minimum pay from him ( yes, $9.25 per hour for software engineers in valley. 4.You are made to work late hours and weekends while its hard to find his contributions to be significant (other than spending hours to prepare power point slides , that too with immense help from his lieutenant)
