Company is unable to pay salaries - Engineer Axxera Employee Review

Axxera is a small company.

The are none. Companies that don't pay their employees are crooks!

Axxera is a contracting company that deals mostly with H1B visas. I happen to be an American citizen working alongside mostly Indian contractors. Axxera was managing a group of about 5 contractors, including me, at the site where I work. Back about April of this year, Axxera stopped paying the hourly wages of the people in my group. Although the contractors continued filing their time sheets on a regular basis, word was that Axxera was withholding the money that was owed and using it to fund their own projects. Some of the contractors I work with are owed upwards of 40K! When the contractors in my group got fed up with not being paid, we switched to a new contracting firm. To add insult-to-injury, Axxera then filed a legal brief against us accusing us of breach of contract because we had switched contracting companies to one that was actually paying their employees. Axxera is a scam artist. DO NOT HAVE ANY ASSOCIATION WITH THIS COMPANY.
