Solid leadership, lateral and vertical opportunities, excellent field training program, third highest paying Department in the State of Texas, 2/1 matching retirement.

Not a con, just a reality: this is a very busy place to work, not for the faint of heart. The upside is you'll gain experience quickly. Very quickly.
