Great benefits, tuition reimbursement, and prior to covid amazing opportunities to further knowledge in the plasma industry with classes through the Grifols Academy. Following covid, there were remote style classes offered which were great, but I appreciated the experience of meeting other center employees and being able to connect/make your center a better place.

Multiple realignment changes within the organization. This removed positions from the centers impacting training and quality. This also removed corporate positions that were meaningful to the centers. Due to continued realignment, there doesn't seem to be a lot of growth opportunities. Regional Support - I had two amazing regional managers throughout my career. They truly cared and supported the centers being your voice and bridged the gap between center and corporate. I also had a few bad apples that would retaliate and micromanage constantly without providing any support.
