      - Great company culture - Great product/product design team - Fun, exciting, and meaningful work - Great travel benefits - Fast paced work (compared to huge corporate companies)

      Cons

      Travel benefits are mainly standby (but this is the same with most airlines). But at least you're getting flight benefits!
