Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We value your input and take all concerns seriously as we continuously strive to improve our workplace environment.
Regarding the Process Improvement Plan (PIP) process and the issues you mentioned, we want to clarify that we always intend to provide a fair and supportive environment for our employees to improve their performance. We understand that the PIP process can be challenging and continuously strive to improve it to meet our team members' needs better. It's important to note that our company adheres to the policies outlined in the employment contracts, including notice periods and compensation.
Our goal is to proactively communicate the details of the PIP process to employees well in advance, ensuring a comprehensive understanding. This proactive communication is intended to motivate individuals to enhance their performance while offering targeted support in areas where the employee needs to improve. Nonetheless, suppose an employee does not adhere to the process and does not demonstrate substantial improvement in their performance by the conclusion of the specified period. In that case, we ensure they are thoroughly briefed on the organization's decision.
Our company is committed to transparency and fairness. We encourage you to report concerns about the PIP process to your manager or HR. I would also encourage you to contact me directly to discuss and ensure you have the unmatched experience we expect all our employees to have.
Thank you, Anirudh Kejriwal – Vice President
