Pros
1. There are few very good people, from whom freshers can learn, (if they try). 2. access to all the network related technology information documents, which can help in better learning
Cons
1. Not much focus on training freshers. 2. Product portfolio is limited to legacy products (at least in Bangalore center). 3. Salary is just average, but they expect employees to work very hard, may be without caring about time 4. If employees are asked to work on weekend (sat-sun i.e. 2 days) they can claim only one day as compensatory off.
