Not necessarily a con—just something to be aware of. The fast-paced environment can be very energizing, although during peak seasons, it may feel a bit intense as multiple teams handle high-volume projects simultaneously. On rare occasions, this can naturally lead to slightly longer turnaround times, simply because so much great work is happening across the organization. Overall, the momentum keeps the work exciting and contributes to the company’s strong growth.

CFI & Macabacus are great products. As part of the Macabacus team, I've had a really positive experience being part of the growing GTM team. Macabacus is an incredible product with a strong customer base and has a high growth trajectory. Macabacus and CFI teams work really well together cross-functionally. There is opportunity for career advancement, which I appreciate. I love being part of a team where my voice is heard, and valued, and my work has a visible impact. If you're looking to join a fast-growing team with a strong product-market fit, Macabacus is it. I love my team, leadership is transparent, and the benefits are nice! CFI has full day each quarter dedicated to learning & development. There is "focus week" each quarter where we don't have internal meetings and just focus on getting meaningful work. While it is a remote-first company, there are opportunities to meet up in person. The benefits are great, including PTO and parental leave.
