      Pros

      There are many positives with working at EMPIST. I have not only experienced growth within myself and skills, but growth in my career. They challenge you and move you up within the company if you are a hard worker! I feel super connected to a lot of co-workers and my manager is amazing. I love my department! The office is very open, comfortable and offers many amenities. It is located in the heart of downtown Chicago. My co-workers and executive team have always treated me with the upmost respect. They fully understand how important family needs are and they have your back.

      Cons

      Since the pandemic, I have not seen my co-workers in so long! I miss them and I miss having happy hours, fun activities, gift exchanges, etc. I am in the Culture Committee and we help to schedule company outings, events, etc.

      Pros

      Working at EMPIST for over 8 years has been very rewarding. Being part of the EMPIST team is more than just a job - it's about collaborating working alongside awesome, talented people who all work toward the same goal. The environment encourages teamwork, and every member is valued for their contributions and wins - both personal and professional - on a daily basis.

      Not necessarily a con, but self-starters will thrive best in this work environment.

      I felt this was the most toxic workplace I've ever been in. Zero integrity from leadership whatsoever. There was zero trust. Ironic, considering their name. Gave them a 1 since 0 isn't an option
