Unlimiteddddd....... Employee satisfaction a Big Zeroooooooo.................... At the time of joining they'll say we will pay the salaries on 6th or 8th of every month but when you join they'll pay the salaries for every 2 months and that to they'll pay one month salary and remaining one month salary thy'll kept for next month and will continues every month..... There is no specific date for your salaries.... Its their wish when they want to credit they'll credit other wise you have to wait till they credit..... No, proper Infrastructure phones wont work you've to cal from your cell and they'll pay the bill after 2 months...... So, after knowing all these things if still you want to join or work under "EPOCH" then try and enjoy my best wishes with you guys............ For your kind information i was a part of this organisation till May 2018 as an Internal HR .... Thts y i'm sharing my experience with you all... So, my humble request to you all people, think twice b4 going to join this organisation....sorry sorry this institute.... So, pass this info as much as you can to your friends and well wishers..
