The founders display a blatant disregard for the well-being of employees, viewing them solely as a means of labour. They show no concern for who carries out tasks, as long as the work gets done. I've witnessed instances where apprentices are severely overburdened with work, while others seem to skate by with minimal effort. Even when the founders are aware of this disparity, they show no interest as long as the work is completed. It's evident that this company is in dire need of HR intervention. The benefits, pay, and leave policies are dismal, making it clear that joining Esvee means sacrificing one's personal life.
