Friendly colleagues. why? cause we only can bond with each other to overcome daily life treated by boss unfairly

Young bosses but dinasour mindset. IT company but not allow WFH. Reward program to lure new Comer but always late payment. Full of fake promises always late and some never keep the promises. Listen to staff feedbacks but do nothing about it. Double standard. Unfair. HR job is like janitor there need to maintain cleanliness lmao. Lack of manpower. High turnover rate. Try to tie worker with long notice period. Asked to do out of jobscope work. No proper management and Hr system. Every quarter change change change. not fixed
