Terrible management - Warehouse Associate FM Approvals Employee Review

Was discriminated when I was hired and told I have no future, went to management with an employee issue and needed a resolution just to be yelled at and told I sit in the bathroom, which is untrue. Also, to mind my own business and sworn at....Then the employee and another got into an argument and was expected to run and tell on them... another employee saw and told the entire warehouse. But I was blamed for it for whatever reason... never have I received anything less than praise at a job, this operations manager is the worst I've come across and has an attitude and authority issue.
