Pros
Employee Ownership: Everyone benefits from the financial performance of the business. Customer focus: People go out of their way to do a great job for our customers. Humility: Leaders listen to ideas from the entire team. Cool stuff: Feels like we can really make a difference for our customers, and each other.
Cons
You need to take ownership. Not a lot of people sitting around telling you what to do. Co-workers expect that you'll do your part. If you're not up to committing to doing it right, this is not the place for you.
