      The people you work with, diversity, varied workload, work-life balance, recognition and feeling valued and appreciated.

      Longer hours in the Plant/Tool Hire industry but the day flies by when you are so busy and holiday entitlement could be improved.

      An accommodating and understanding employer, very family orientated and focused. They recognise and reward results without you having to ask for it. It's a fast paced, fun and friendly work environment with a great atmosphere.

      Cons

      The hours are long but that's not a big thing as they're prepared to flex so you still have a work life balance.
