I have been an employee of Fierce in the recent years but understand that the company has always been rich in values with proven strategies that not only helps people enrich relationships, but also helps them in their career and personal growth. How did Fierce conversations transform me and my approach to life altogether? I have had lot of hesitations and would not express myself fully to what I'm thinking to people around me either due to fear/ or if they would really care/ or would this really solve any purpose. Now being 'Fierce', tackling tough challenges and to interrogate reality to bring out the truth, so best decisions can be made - is a cake-walk. I have worked in quite few companies in my career but the experience I have had in Fierce under the strong leadership has given me such great learning and growth opportunities, that I'm always indebted to. I genuinely, and very truly wanted to take a moment today to write my thoughts here about how appreciative I am of having an opportunity to work here under such a strong and visionary leader. Each day, I look forward to setting goals, being agile and working towards a vision. Let me start giving some context here. The world is constantly changing - but now at an unprecedented speed, leading to extensive and fundamental transformations in the industry. Technology has changed the business landscape forever. With this said, once our current CEO was promoted, we werequickto adapt to the industry demands and gave Fierce a digital and modern presence. This was a dire need in the brink of covid without which the company would not have survived with the traditional model of in-person training. We, as a team, have witnessed the HUMONGOUS effort, heavy-lifting and strategic changes, to turn the needle and steer the company towards growth and success. It has been a tough few years for everyone and then turning a company with great promise around has not been easy. Unfortunately, the timing of covid had impacted sales and all the foundational work we have put in is not truly visible yet. It has not been an easy journey to pull the company to the level where we would want it to be andI can see light at the end of the tunnel. Our sales team is passionate and conveying our value everyday. Thecompany is all set to disrupt the industry soon and grow to great heights. Fierce is very fortunate to have Visionary and bold leadership.

You have to be comfortable with change. The company will even be very different than we are today with new expertise coming in and us hitting our growth goals.
