Pros
Really strong team. Have high bandwidth and turn tickets around quickly. They maintained us over Covid and we are still mostly remote and moving to a hybrid model that I am thankful for. It is a company that is looking to improve and is investing in its people. The office space is great. Haven't gone in consistently to the new office space, but it is in a great location and is newly fit up. All desks are standup.
Cons
Really need to find more people to help everyone at the office. It can be hectic at times. I know they are working on it.
