Pros
It is an international Institution, so the diversity of nationalities and expertise from colleagues is great. When you have a personal inconvenient the direction is always supportive and helpful.
Cons
The communication means are not always the best. Sometimes this provoke misunderstandings and a tense atmosphere in the institution. The institution doesn't have a clear and firm source of funding, therefore the contracts are short and the permanence is unpredictable. That makes things complicated for the employees overall among foreigners employees who are visa contract dependent.
