      Pros

      HEB really is a great place to work overall, the staff are good, management is friendly and approachable and they pay extremely well for most jobs. Getting an an extra day off every two weeks and 3 weeks vacation to start isn't bad either.

      Cons

      Some departments are a lot more efficient and effective than others. Some things feel like they will never change, some things change to quickly for some people.

      - Opportunities to grow within the company - Convenient office location - Good pay - Understanding management

      Cons

      Honestly, I can't really think of any. Of course any job has its stressful days but I think the management and culture at HEB are among the best of anywhere I've worked.

      Great work life balance. Excellent salary.

      Cons

      Heavy workload. Training is extremely poor. Management is slow moving and things don't change very quickly.
