Benefits, Salary is ok. Pension plan. Other Depts are more organized and value their employees.
Cons
Not enough employees for the bulk of work (patients) that have to be seen, No Raise or contract since over 4 years. Management desions to move employees to different work depts. as they please and short notice. The work moral is lost just becomes a job where most employees are not Happy. 8.5 hrs days makes it feel like your here forever.
