Pros
Shorter contracts as compared to main fleet vessels.
Cons
Since only myself as Chief Engineer and a second engineer on board, we had to do 12 hours on and 12 hours off. Apart from that if we reached a rig or another location where we had to pump Cement / Barrite / bentonite I had to be on bridge during this operation as well.
