Great Company - Sales Representative Henry Wine Group Employee Review

The family, I mean team or whatever you want to call them.

Like any family, there is the weird uncle.

Wine education is wonderful and sales training is good. Henry Wine Group has a good portfolio of wine and spirits. However, they have lost a lot of annuity brands.

Management does not help employees advance their careers within the company. People move up within company by being very political. Promotions are not based on merit. HWG does not care about work life balance and do not let employees take time off during family emergencies. Pay is dramatically less and benefits are worse than other competitors.
