Mostly great team, worked with my schedule, learned a lot, very clean, very safe feeling, very fun atmosphere.

Some employees were not held accountable.

Making your own schedule. Easy access to ADA information from HR (nothing else about HR functions well though)

Company culture and store environment is horrific. Upper management is so worried about HR violations they don't hold anyone accountable for egregious behavior. Lack of accountability fosters negative behaviors and makes them much worse because the employees feel untouchable. The best employees leave because they do the work of everyone else and get burnt out in a matter of months. No raise structure for anyone on staff. No performance reviews and very Little to no training. Horrible merchandising standards that look like you didn't try but yet extremely specific from the team at the home office, tacky 1980s store aesthetic, no safety plans or deescelation training for anyone on the team, no security despite late hours in bad areas and no car service offered to the employees working until 1230am (which is mostly female and often working alone) Mental health will suffer working here. Your entire life will be this toxic job if you're the SM
