Pros

Pay is competitive compared to other areas of food service. Awesome benefits PTO, Sick days, Christmas and Thanksgiving off

Cons

Training is not consistent Managers are trained in seperate stores from. Where their location will be, training is chaotic. Most stores and area supervisors have been working since they were teenagers and think the name turned to "insert area supervisor name here" They don't Want to do anythig of value to fix the turnover problem Chant about arbys culture but area dms and above just want you complacent as a body inside the establishment.
