      Only useful for gaining basic initial experience.

      Cons

      Office remains open even on non-trading days. Working every Saturday is mandatory, which affects work-life balance. Poor work environment with internal politics. High work pressure with low salary. No proper salary growth or career progression. Management expectations are high but compensation does not match.
