Small team allowed me to get all of my questions answered ASAP, and there was never a shortage of things to get done. They were all very welcoming to my design ideas, even as an intern with no real-world experience at the time.

The global company aspect does mean some early morning and/or late nights to collaborate with those in Germany and Brazil. Outside of that minor accommodation, nothing glaring of note.
K2 has a great environment, great people and majority of people are friendly.

Work Life Balance doesn’t exist here, Supply Chain leadership style is focused on power assertion that didn’t align with my values especially how suppliers and coworkers were treated.
