I would like to express my disappointment regarding the management at KYS KL East International School. The overall management system appears to be poorly organized, especially within the HR department, which causes unnecessary confusion and delays in handling staff matters professionally.
In addition, the attitude of the 'staff' was very arrogant, discourteousy and unapproachable, making communication difficult and creating an uncomfortable working environment. Concerns raised were not handled respectfully or effectively.
A professional educational institution should promote respectful leadership, proper communication, and efficient management. I sincerely hope the school administration takes these issues seriously and works towards improving the workplace culture and management quality.
