Job provide incredible opportunities to work with team members from across a project team to gain knowledge and insight into project delivery that the traditional AEC structure silos. Met a great deal of very intelligent people working hard to modify the way projects got delivered, but they were overwhelmed by the basic business model and the poor industry assumptions made by the originating members of the leadership team.

Executives doubled down on strategies rather than getting curious and asking team members why things didn't work.
