My time as a Customer Success Manager at Keka HR left me disappointed. The company's evident partiality towards Telugu and Kannada-speaking females overshadowed any promises made. Despite assurances of a hybrid job, I was consistently required to work from the office. The low compensation was demoralizing, and the willingness to replace experienced employees with new hires showed a lack of value for loyalty. The frequent changes in customer success processes, IJP's will be cleared by those who are favourite for the Managers, Instead of Top Performers. Comp is below average as per the Market Standards.
