Pros
The staff goes above and beyond. They made the job bearable during the roughest of times. They are truly amazing.
Cons
Upper management. The things I’ve witnessed you do are unacceptable. From shouting in employees faces for asking “can I help with anything?” To not taking a sexual harassment complaint seriously and victim blaming. Saying that it’s not harassment it’s an annoyance. The mental state you’ve put employees in should make you ashamed. You’re supposed to display leadership, empathy, and above all human decency! You’ve created such a hostile work environment, that the open door policy lazy dog is supposed to have is nonexistent in this building. We shouldn’t fear our GM and our assistant GM shouldn’t gossip behind everyone’s back. I’ve heard both of you on multiple occasions talk down about employees. You even asked an expo “when was the last time you got your teeth kicked in?” I ask the regional managers and higher ups this one question, what will it take for you to finally step in and do something? Because we all know this isn’t the first time someone has complained. So instead of coming in once every few months to talk to management and the “golden” staff that they hand select to serve you. Actually come in unannounced and talk to those who actually sweat for this company. The ones who never get recognized or get employee of the month. The ones who actually keep this place going because they remind everyone that it’s going to be ok and they are doing great.
